yinang.gif (1245 bytes) Uniforms - May be ordered through Instructors or wear comfortable sweat pants and T-Shirt (No Black Shirts, Please).  If Available, Wear Black Sweat Pants and Red T-Shirt.

 

yinang.gif (1245 bytes) Gear - **Required** - Groin protector and Mouthpiece.   May Be ordered through instructors, but can be purchased locally.

        **Optional** - Sparring Gear.  Instructors have extra sparring gear for student use, but if you wish to order your own gear, you can do so through the instructors.
